RBR660 port forwarding not showing after update
Hello,
My RBR660 and 2 satellites were installed in August 2025. DNS and port forwarding were completed as well. An AUTO firmware update occurred and three things happened.
- The DNS got lost and needed to be re-programmed. This worked well, although annoying.
- One satellite fell off the network and had to be reset. I have since turned off auto updates of firmware.
- All the port forwarding doesn't show when on the web interface. The ports are forwarded but are not visible in the web GUI. I tried firefox, edge, and edge in compatibility mode; all without luck. I tried entering a known existing port-forward custom rule and I get a pop-up advising of a conflicting rule. I also added a new rule as a test port forward and the new rule appeared in the GUI but the other ports didn't. I was able to delete the test port forward. Phone customer support was at a loss and the call dropped a few times without them calling back. Two photos attached for referenceCustom Ports not showing in GUIRule conflict from router
Thanks in advance for any help with #3.

I would factory reset and setup from scratch and see if the issue continues. Try a different browser as well. MS Edge or Firefox.

What FW version was updated to on the system?

Factory reset already done, forgot to mention that. FW version is Router Firmware Version V6.3.11.3_1.6.88, upper right of photo.
Thanks

Same problem with chrome as well

I was going to recommend manually loading the previous version of firmware on the system, but v6.3.11.3 appears to be the "initial firmware version"

i.e. the only firmware version that has been released. (unless there has been another release and Netgear has not documented it. But, that would certainly result in a newer version number? Oh, my.)
