RBR750 and Citrix Connection Interruptions (New)
I have a RBR750 and satellite with Firmware V7.2.7.15 and running Citrix Workspace App for Windows Version 25.03.10. I am using a Dell Inspirion I7 with Windows 11. This has been running fine for many months. Today I am randomly getting Connection Interrupted when I am VPN'd to my work. Nothing changed, I think there was a windows update recently.
My Internet speed is like 950mb/50 upload.
My wife works at same place and her Win10 HP has no issues. My connection started randomly showing the connection interruption. Here is where it gets interesting If I change my phone to a hotspot, there is no issue.
I am at a loss and thinking possibly a firewall or router issue or my laptop, I am seeing my laptop getting a dhcp connect frequently when I am using citrix? Any suggestions on what to look for or try? The model is a motorola MB8600 with 1 gig service.
Spent over an hour with Dell support. We rolled back the WiFi/bluetooth driver that was auto installed. Seems to be an incompatibility as the previous WiFi driver works. The laptop is 8 months old and there was a dell service that automatically installed updates I did not know of. That is not disabled.
thanks

If win10 PC is working at same connections and places and windows 11 isn't and has been running fine up to this point, you'll need to take review of the windows 11 PC, VPN connections and Citrix support help and information regarding this.
Make contact with the PC, VPN and Citrix mfrs for help and support.
Update the PCs ethernet or wifi adapter drivers.
Try ethernet connection vs wifi on the windows 11 PC.
Try non VPN connections to help rule out VPN issues.
