RBR750 LAN IP keeps resetting to default
I've configured my RBR750 to hand out IP address in the 10.0.0.x range, and the router IP to be 10.0.0.1. However, after a few recent power outages (I know, I know ... a UPS is on its way from Amazon as we speak), the router has tried to grab 192.168.1.1, which conflicts with my ISP gateway, which insists on being 192.168.1.254. I then have to spend time mucking around, disconnecting the router from the gateway, rebooting the router, etc., until I finally get the router back to the right network, and all my devices can once again live in harmony.
Router firmware version is 4.6.5.14_2.0.54 (I see there's a new firmware available, I'll probably be upgrading this weekend)
Is there a way to tell the router "You never ever want to be 192.168.1.1, you always want to be 10.0.0.1, even if you reboot and see that there's nothing else in the 192.168.1.x space (router takes about 2 minutes to reboot, ISP gateway takes about 10 minutes when power comes back)"?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The ISP gateway is a Pace/Arris 5268AC. There is an ONT out in the garage, but it's only connections are the fiber in from the street and ethernet to the 5268.
Yes, I have done a factory reset and setup from scratch since the last time the firmware was updated. I'll (hopefully) be updating to the new firmware you linked to over the weekend.
- Is the Pace required? As in does it provide phone or TV service? If not, I would try connecting the Orbi directly to the Pace.
