RBR750 No Longer Blocks Devices
My RBR750 system no longer blocks devices that are paused or associated with groups that are paused. When I go to the security settings, the only thing that shows up is Netgear Armor...it doesn't even give me the option to turn on or turn off "Access Controls". Netgear seems to have removed it, and also seems to have disabled the ability for me to manage what devices can access the system and when. In the device screen, I can still "pause" the device, but it has no effect. I can also go to the group pages and "pause" the group, but also, has no effect. Also, when I go to the device page for the router itself and check the firmware, it says it is up to date. Says Firmware Version V7.2.5.31, and there is no place where I can click to see if there are any new firmware updates available.
I'm very frustrated because Netgear also says they don't support me or my product, but I do have the "Armor" product purchased and enabled...and they still won't give me support. I'm increasingly getting agitated and am thinking of just moving on to someone else.
Anyone else had these issues? And how did you resolve them?

Armor has nothing to do with blocking devices.
Access controls on the RBRs web page does or if you have Smart Parental Controls enabled, you'll need to manage this thru the Orbi app.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Was this working at all at some point or before or after the FW update to v.31?

I have not done a factory reset...wouldn't that require me to spend hours resetting up all the security configs that I have on it? I have done reboots.
It was working previously, but i have no idea whether or not a FW update caused the issue or not.
Can save off a backup configuration to file, then try the factory reset and then load the back up to save time:

Also be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

I can confirm that the RBR750 with the most recent firmware, v7.2.6.31 has Access Control, Block Sites, and Block Services. This system has never enabled Armor or Smart Parental Controls (SPC).

This article describes how Netgear customers can get assistance with a subscription:

This is entirely separate from the 90 days of 'complimentary support' that is included with purchase of new product.
