RBR750 Quit working within days of firmware update
I have an Orbi RBR750 Wi-Fi 6 mesh system. My Orbi would not update to the new firmware so I contacted support and they helped me download the new firmware 7 something. Orbi firmware 4 something was the firmware downloaded to my orbi when we updated to the new version 7 something. My router system worked great for a few days and then this morning it will not reset and will not operate. It has the pink light constantly showing on the front of the router. I have unplugged the power connection three times. My internet is working so that is not the problem. I have a switch which has the internet cord connection connected to it and my desktop computer and my internet phone are also connected to the switch. I can open and use any internet page on my desktop computer that is connected to the switch and also use the internet phone. My outside cameras, tv, etc. will not connect to the internet because the Orbi router runs them. We stream tv so we are out of luck. I have not changed any of the cords or settings on any equipment. I have also tried plugging the internet connection directly into the Orbi and that does not work either. Has anyone else had this problem with the system I currently have after downloading the new firmware 7 something? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I am not a computer geek so I am lost about what to do next. I know how to check a few things that might be wrong and after that I don't know what to do.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?Can you access the RBRs web page at all with a wired PC and web browser pointed to 192.168.1.1?

I downloaded the latest firmware version which is 7 something.
I don't have a modem from my internet provider. My Orbi RBR750 Mesh system with two satellites run my internet. Our internet provider is Brightspeed (formerly Century Link). We have fiber internet and my house is 2,000 sq feet. I have
had this RBR750 mesh system since May 2021 and it has worked seamlessly until now. I do have the correct cable although I don't know if it is a cat 6. I am a novice at best. I know how to make sure the cables are connected correctly and how to reset the Orbi if that needs to be done. I cannot log on to 192.168.1.1 with the wired computer.
Thanks for your input.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers ONT the NG router is connected too?
If you disconnect the RBR from the ONT, press the reset button in back for 15 seconds, then give 1 minute, does the setup wizard page appear in the web browser with the Orbi app sign on this page? At the bottom is a link to begin the setup routine with the PC and web browser.

It would be a real help to know the specifics of this switch. There should be a label with the brand and model number (often on the bottom of the case)

My switch is a Netgear GS605.
Where is this switch located? Between the ONT and RBR or after the RBR?
