I recently got this orbi kit and my phones seems to never be able to connect to the 5ghz band. I'm using a sg21 ultra and a galaxy a71 both having the same issue.

What OS is loaded on the phones? What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Can you disable the AX mode on the RBR? How is the wifi settings configured on the RBR? Try setting manual channel 1 on 2.4Ghz and 40 on 5Ghz. What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? It's a huawei ont. The wifi is turned off so there's no interference from that side

That would be good however if there is a built in router as well, I presume so if there is wifi, this could cause problems as well.
