RBR850 - DNS Options are Disabled (FW 4.6.3.9)

I updated to firmware V4.6.3.9_2.0.50 today. First thing I noticed was my DNS settings were gone and the radio buttons in the GUI were disabled:

The text boxes for IP address input are enabled, but after I fill out the fields and hit apply, they remain empty after the page refreshes and the radio buttons are still disabled.

How can I get manual DNS to stick?

Edit: I also enabled Parental Controls today but I'm not sure if they are related and I can't figure out where to disable them to test. Ideas?

What happens if you disable SPC? Usually SPC features uses there own DNS and disables any custom user inputs when SPC is enabled.

  I'm looking through the app and I can't figure out where to disable Parental Controls.

    Try this, Obi app.
    Select the House icon upper left corner.
    
    Select Settings.
    
    Select Parental Control
    
    Select the slider button to disable PC...
    
    This work?
