RBR850 not reachable after Firmware 4.6.8.2 upgrade attempt

I have not been able to resolve, and i've done a factory reset on router and both satellites.  Network is working just fine.  Only the mobile ORBI app and the web mgmt site cannot access Orbi network - it refuses connection.  192.168.1.1 and 10.0.0.1 are refused or timeout - as well as orbilogin.com or  .net.   Suggestions?  I realize notes say..."Removes the remote management feature from the router web interface (if disabled at time of update) to improve router security. "  Tho this affects the app as well as web interface? How do we manage the network?

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    What browser are you using? Try MS Edge, Firefox or Opera

     

    orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1 should bring up the initial setup wizard after pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release and the front LED slowly blinks WHITE.

    Factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC or laptop and web browser and navigate to 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com in the web browser. Walk thru the setup wizard here.

      Thanks - tho direct ethernet to router, still not able to get into 192.168.1.1 or others after factory reset.  I don't see a setup wizard in your reply...
