Hello there.
I purchased orbi rb854 suite and setup as router mode with PPPOE ISP. Three satellites use ethernet connect (use cisco switch). I used the network almost month occur few problems can't be resolve even upgrade to latest firmware (v4.6.7.5)
problem 1: use computer (side of one satellite) ping to orbi main router delpy is not stable. Mostly deplay is 2-9ms but every minute occur 100-300ms and turn back to 2-9ms.
problem 2: all clients in area lost connection. showing dhcp no IP (phones and mac computer). in this time login into this area satellite show 2.5ghz and 5ghz network disabled.
model version: orbi RB854
firmware: v4.6.7.5.

thanks.
If your using v5 FW and have done a full factory reset on the RBR and RBS and the RBS continues to disable the wifi radio when it's ethernet connected, it would be a HW problem. Mine have been ethernet connected since I applied v5 FW and no radios are disabled.
NG support needs to look into this one RBS.

What is the model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?
Is this switch connected to the RBR? https://kb.netgear.com/000051205/What-is-Ethernet-backhaul-and-how-do-I-set-it-up-on-my-Orbi-WiFi-System 📡
What Cat# LAN cable is being used? CAT6 is recommended.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. Even if RBS are ethernet connected.

Yes. I did factory reset many times and tried resync. cannot resolve this problem.
