RBR860 2.4 GHz channel Stopped Working

A few days ago, All three routers started showing a solid Magenta light. I rebooted several times and now all three show no light other than the green LED light on the back. More importantly, since then it has stopped brodcasting on the 2.4 GHz band. In the app, under Advanced setup, it does show that bans as being enabled. I am perplexed. Any ideas?

  • Do you have 3 RBRs or 1 RBR and 2 RBS?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser.  Orbi Systems Manual Factory Reset Process | NETGEAR Communities

  • No LED light is supposed to indicate "all good":

There is no option to "turn off" or disable the primary WiFi signal on any Orbi WiFi router.  Both 2.4G WiFi and 5G WiFi should be active.  If there is no 2.4G WiFi signal, that Factory Reset might be the next step.
