RBS750 & RBR750
I updated my RBR750 router and the RBS750 Satellites a few days ago however one Satellite I have is showing as disconnected on the web UI. I have reset it and removed it from the Attached Devices page then tried syncing it again but it will not do a dang thing and I don’t know what else to try? Could someone please help me out?

Did you update the RBS first using it's web page then the RBR lastly?
Does the RBS appear in the RBRs web page under administration/FW update and checking for new version of FW?
How about factory reset the RBR as well?
I'd follow this PDF process:
- JasGr81AspirantMan I honestly don’t even know if I updated it first. I’ll be home again shortly and I’ll let you know more. If I factory reset the RBR I’ll have to manually reconnect all my devices won’t I?
If you use same SSID name and PW, devices will re-connect on there own.
Possible the RBS FW level if not updated first before the RBR is, could cause this...
- JasGr81AspirantSo the update page is showing the Router with V7.2.6.31 Firmware then it shows three of my RBS Satellites have V7.2.7.15 Firmware. Then the other RBS isn’t even showing up on the update page. Also one of the satellites says Update Failed. But that Satellite is showing up on the Firmware update page.
How was the system updated?
Did you use the UPDATE ALL button or did you manually update the RBS first then RBR lasly using there web pages to send the FW update files with a web browser?Someting in the updating process is messing up the RBS750 during the FW update process or end result. Not sure what is causing this. This is a first.
