RBS760 satellites browser page "can't be reached"
I'm trying to manually update the satellites (RBS760) for my RBR760 Orbi mesh system. The system is working fine—just want to update the firmware. I can see them both on the Home page of the browser ...

And this happens with Firefox or Opera Browsers on Mac?

One other detail... when I attempt to log in directly to the satellite's IP address in a new browser tab, I am asked once again for my username and password. It is after I type this in that I get the "unreachable" message. On some browsers, I don't even get the login opportunity—it just comes up as a blank window (although it does look like there is a quick flash of something in the window before it goes blank).

Thanks for the suggestion. Pinging works as expected. ("32 packets transmitted, 32 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 2.728/5.024/12.313/2.455 ms").
Disabling the tracking features as you described still doesn't do it.

I've tried Firefox, Safari and Chrome on the iMacs. I suppose I could give Opera a try...

RBS are seen on the RBS web page as connected? if so, Give a factory reset a try using the ERASE button. Please follow this guide:
Orbi Systems Manual Factory Reset Process | NETGEAR Communities
Hoping that the FR will trigger the RBS to reset as well as it should, give the RBS time to auto sync to the RBR before starting the setup wizard process in the web browser. Hoping that once you get the setup completed, accessing the RBS web pages at there IP address should be a success. Keep us posted.

Unbelievable! It worked with the Opera browser, the fourth one I tried! Didn't have to do any fancy tricks or anything. No idea what the problem was with the others (plug-ins? extensions?), but I'll be using Opera from now on exclusively to access my router. Thanks for the suggestion!

Interesting. Glad opera worked. Wondering if there maybe some browser config or extension blocking full page access.
Can manually update the system. Follow this guide if you do:Enjoy.

Thanks again. I had forgotten all about the Opera browser.
