I just purchased RBR750 w/ 1 RBS750. Ran into the exact issue with guest WiFi. I manually updated the firmware to V4.6.8.5_2.1.9 but the issue is still ongoing with guest network only. I have tried every suggestion found in the forums with no change. Now finding this thread I am not optimistic the issue will ever be resolved considering it has been ongoing for at least year at this point. The old router never dropped guest WiFi was after more coverage is why I changed to Netgear mesh network

Yes, the problem looks very wierd. The only explanation I have is data corruption of some sort. I would suggest to factory reset the router and satellites. If you don't have IP address reservations set up then reset should go very fast. 🙂Leave the guest network activation to the very last step.

I have monitored since last post. I have 4.6.9.11 firmware. Seems more prone on Android type devices. Kindle fire 10 every few hours. Android phones more than iPhone no pattern. IOT devices are stable. Parental Control Off. Armor On but tried turning off, no change.

Only have one satellite and yes it is same firmware. Also same security as primary WiFi WPA2-Personal. Used the same setup for guest network on the TP-LINK Archer AX6000 no issues just mention far comparison sake. Switched to NG chasing extended range and wanted to try a different brand and I think netgear is us based. If there is such a thing for consumer based network gear

This was fixed for others and me since the last firmware. It's still fixed for the (new/lat)est firmware too.

How often are these disconnects with the guests devices seen?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed with out enabling any Armor or SPC?

How satellite connect to base via wireless or wired ?
