1 of my 2 RBS850 satellites suddenly stopped accepting 2.4 GHz connections, only 5 GHz works.

What 2.4Ghz devices are you using? What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home?
