Strange behavior of orbi RBK753

Good morning, I have an orbi RBK753 system since 2021 and I have always found it good and let's say it worked well, sometimes I have to restart it but nothing major. The router and satellites have firmware version 4.6.9.11_2.3.5 installed, I disabled the automatic update. With this firmware version it has always worked well, excellent wifi coverage etc. Since I configured it I have never activated the NETGEAR_guest network, but sometimes it happens that for no reason the NETGEAR_guest network activates itself without me doing anything, the network is without WPA protection and if I try to connect the device does not connect. To solve it, I just restart everything and the NETGEAR_guest network disappears but maybe it can reappear after a few days, it does not have a specific day, the longest I have been without restarting the entire system was 82 days.  Lately though it's happening more frequently now I restarted it 4 days ago for this reason and today after 4 days I see the NETGEAR_guest network again in your opinion why does it do this? on the router and on the 2 satellites no LED lights up, the satellites when they connect that I restart always have the blue LED. I'm starting to worry 😞 it's always worked well what could it be? thanks.

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch to check this?

Hi, the other day I had to restart it again for the same reason. I didn't do a reset, it's the last thing I want to do, also because the network works very well. But what do you think could it be? I've never activated the Netgear_guest network, in fact it's always disabled on the router. When I see it active, it's without any WPA protection, and when I try to connect, no devices connect, as if it were turned off, and in fact it is turned off on the router. Thanks.

Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK or blink white when this happens?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

You may need to factory reset and and setup from scratch on the system if this continues. If after that something still happens, you may need to update FW as well since your behind. I was hoping that you wouldn't need to however if after all troubleshooting has been exhausted, you may need to.
