The satellites of my Orbi RBR750 lose connection
Hello,
Suddenly, the satellites of the Orbi RBR750 system disconnect and do not automatically reconnect. The reconnection occurs after bringing them much closer to the router and turning them back on.
The router has firmware version 7.2.6.31
The 4 RBS750 satellites have the same version
I also have an RBS760 satellite 6.3.8.5 and it's the only one that sometimes automatically reconnects.
The system worked well until a few weeks ago but now it has become unmanageable.
The system is in AP mode.
Can you help me?

Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK when this happens?
Using Dynamic or Static AP mode configuration on the RBR?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT or router that the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?Any progress on this?

thanks for your support and your reccomandations.
I hope to have solved the problem by performing a factory reset and setup from scratch.
To be honest I repeated it several times but the one that seems to work was when I included all satellites, one per time, having the system in Router mode and only at the end, when all satellites were included, I switched to AP mode.
Another action I did was to exclude the RBS760 satellite as I read somewhere that it was not fully compatible with RBR750 router.
The system is working since last Sunday so let's cross the fingers 😂
