Case escalation

hello everyone.

I have a case going on for 8 months and the person taking care of it is horrible. So how do I ask to escalate my case without do it to the guy who I want to get rid of?

 

Since I’ve written my case here but even without any bad words or not following the community rules, it was deleted. I’m not sure if Netgear deals well with 1st amendment since it is managed by Indian guys.

Hopefully this one will stay active and someone can help me.

    What is the case #? 

    It's the weekend so will not see much of anything until next week. 

     

    What Orbi system is this? 770 series? 

    What FW version is loaded on it?

      to cut history short, I’ve been trying to replace this unit since February due to many wired and wireless disconnections, tried all firmwares available and betas (currently on 10.5.20.3) and nothing happened.

       

      After months been asking for the replacement it was granted and I’ve advised with more than 2 months in advance the window of opportunity to send the unit to me (I’m currently living here and there and would be my brief return to the states) but the attendant lost all timing, took ages to reply me and now the unit isn’t even shipped (paid myself overnight $30) and I’m leaving on Tuesday. 

      it’s all in the case file.

        Oh and it’s a 772 set but replacement only for router unit.
