Orbi 770 Mesh devices drop wifi | Wired never drops

I have a 3000 sqft multilevel home, two new 770 Orbi Mesh devices. I have an Orbit on first floor and an Orbit on second at the far end.

When in my bedroom which is in between the two devices, my laptop and phone will go from full signal, drop a bar, then the wifi completely drops from the device to come back a few seconds later with full signal.

This makes me feel like the Orbi is waiting too long before letting the device roam to the better AP from a signal standpoint.

These devices are using 5/6ghz, I have reset my router and satellite and ran setup a second time, updated to the latest firmware, but nothing seems to help and I'm not past my return window.

Support was not able to give me anything else to change/try past what I have done.

This is purely wifi signal completely dropping, my wired ISP connection never drops, even if it did the wifi signal would stay the same but with no route to internet.

Hello and apologies I have not replied, I began working with Netgear support and they have been keeping me busy capturing logs among other testing.

I live in a builder style multi-level home, built in 2015. Mostly open floor plans with minimal walls.

I have tried different locations, I removed my firewalla firewall and have connected the RBR directly to the modem with a new CAT 8 ethernet cable.

I have changed channel for 2.4 as well as the 5ghz, there is not an option to make any 6ghz changes in the orbi.login page.

I purchased another satellite and use it instead of my original, also tried using it as a 2nd RBS for coverage just in case.... Still same drops on laptops, mobiles, tvs. Drops out and within a few seconds reconnects.

I feel like at this time, the issue is isolated to the RBR and I am pushing netgear to allow a warranty claim as it is just over 30 days from purchase date.

I do have a house on each side of me, so that is two homes with wireless as well. I have tried changing channels multiple times in case there is co-channel interference but no progress.

️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

If this happens with just the RBR ON alone, possible some issue with the RBR.
