It would be really helpful to see a screen capture of this.

It appears the application (??) is using a proxy server.  Is there a specific reason for this?

This is not under nomadz02's control.   The website (www.avigilon.com) uses a web application firewall hosted by incapsula.  Remember that nomadz02 is connecting to their employer's remote access portal.

The WAF makes whitelisting a bit tricky, since the connection goes to the WAF, and not directly to the website.  But the unlimited (unmanaged) profile should work as long as the router is seeing the real MAC address of the PC.

nomadz02:  If you are using a Windows PC, then make sure it is classifying the wifi network as "private".  Windows will sometimes rotate the MAC address on public networks (depending on the PC settings).

Agree - likely they have seen this before.  They can also look at their logs, which would giv more information.

The issue is between the host site and the WAF. Web Application Firewall. Not the router.

Is this the first time seeing this issue while connected to the Orbi system?

Happens if you use ISP IPv4 detected DNS?

Is IPv6 enabled or disabled on the RBR?

Brand and model# of the ISP modem that the RBR is connected too?

Might check with your works IT group for help and information regarding accessibility to work sites.
