Orbi 870 update issues
So today I set up my new 870 network. Finally got everything working and things were looking great. The wifi backhaul on the 870 is a MAJOR upgrade from the 750 I was on.
While I was accessing the router via the web interface it flashed up it needed an update. Never had this on the 750 so always had to do it manually. I clicked the "update all" button and things looked as if they were going ok. However, an hour later, whilst the satellites have come back on and I'm somehow online, the router is still flashing white and I can't access it via the web page or the orbi app.
Anyone got any ideas?

power the router off and back on again?
Already done. Spoke to support and manually updated the router. Now lost all connection to satellites and speeds are down to kb/s
Follow this and do a factory reset on the System, you'll need to press and reset button on the RBS for 15 seconds then release since they are not connected:

Let the USB auto sync to the RBR before starting the setup wizard. Give about 5 minutes.
I did some messing around last night and things seem to have stabilised. All satellites are currently connected. Chain look different to how the 750 used to link up but that may have been due to limits on how many satellites could be connected directly. Current chain looks like this:
