    Managed to resolve with Netgear Support. Hard reset of the router helped me get access to 192.168.1.1 and then followed the web UI to set up the router and then the satellites. Took about 45 mins on the phone but managed to get it resolved.

Firmware Version
V10.5.10.10_2.2.29

 

I haven't updated as I'm nervous about updating and running into the dropout/connectivity issues I've seen several members have posted about with the 770 series (please correct me if I am wrong and please do let me know if there is a better/more stable version of Firmware that I should update to).

 

I don't know how to get the Mfr but the ONT is a BT Openreach one - installed in June 2025.

 

As I get FTTP directly to my home, I confirmed with Zen (my ISP) that I don't need to use their supplied router in Bridge mode or modem only mode. They confirmed I should be able to connect the ONT to the Netgear Orbi Router directly using the WAN port. 

 

I have successfully managed to get this working now after doing a hard reset with the Netgear Support Agent over the phone.
