RBE771 disconnects constantly
I have an RBE 771 mesh system, replacing my old RBR50, which I have used for MANY years without issue. But, we now have a much larger house and needed larger range. The two satellites on the RBE771 are hardwired for backhaul (and this shows in the app/orbilogin). One of the satellites (the one in my office) likes to completely drop the network and pretends it doesn't exist. In my office I am about 8 feet from the satellite, my iPhone 16 can't connect to it. Everything ends up connecting - when it can - currently nothing is even connecting - to the middle of the basement router instead of the nearby satellites, creating the crappiest internet experience known to man.
This morning we can't connect to the router or the satellites, the app shows neither satellite, and I can't even reboot from the app. After finally getting a reboot, the satellites won't reconnect, making it so I cannot even access the internet from an ethernet connection (Mac is connected to satellite via ethernet). Is there a magenta light? NOPE. But it's not on either. This is garbage.
Several weeks ago I manually updated the firmware on all three devices to 10.5.13.1 (IDK why it didn't automatically update, they are set to, but our system appears to be absolute trash). The system seemed ok when we got it in July but just clearly no longer works. What is this? A thousand dollar system that lasts a few months? And how is this my Christmas Day?

One thing to try is a factory reset. The RBE773 system is pretty new. Some of the firmware changes needed a factory reset afterwards to work properly. I actually have a 773 I test with with a wired backhaul and its been pretty rock solid. But I reset it after the last firmware change.
What modem/gateway is it connected to?

It's connected to a Verizon fios modem. This is the reset where I paperclip reset each device?
yes factory reset with the paper clip.
Verizon really likes to use their own modem/gateway devices versus just standard ONT's. It causes a double nat.
do you know what gateway you have from verizon?
