AX6 Power Amber LED, No Internet LED
Wife disconnected the modem on accident and and after reconnecting, the Nighthawk X6 RAX50 wifi can't be found. The Power LED comes on blue and turns Amber. Occasionally blinks and flickers to blue, but inevitably stays amber.
The Internet LED never turns on, but it does recognize connection to other devices, and the nighthawk app says it recognizes Internet but can't connect.
I have tried soft hard resetting, unplugging, hard resetting, 30:30:30, and still nothing. I don't understand what has changed?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.Be sure the WAN port on the RAX is connected to the modem port.
- SchubeTubeAspirantAccording to the app, the firmware is 1.0.4.100.
Our internet is through Insight/Spectrum, but we use our own Arris modem SB6183.
I have tried power off sequence for both modem and router, in delayed 2 min reconnect.
If it helps, I should also note we also have an ASUS router that is hubbed off of a Giga Switch that reconnected after a hard reset. But the Nughthawk baffles me.So how is the modem and NG router connected? The RAX router needs to be connected directly behind the ISP modem. There should be no LAN switch in between these two devices.
