Netgear 6700AX AX1800 stuck at "Please wait a moment"

I have tried logging into my router and it's stuck at "Please wait a moment". Cannot click on any links in the interface. Router version is V1.0.13.128 which is currently the latest.

What are the solutions to fix this?

  • Sorry to waste your time. I re-started the router and now i was able to login fully.

    Start off with additional information.

Are you using a real computer or a mobile device?  What operating system?

Are you connected to the router via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?

Are you  using an application or a web browser?  Which version?

If a web browser, what address are your using?

Using a PC on windows 10, via Ethernet.

Used chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, happens the same.

Address i used the default 192.168.1.1 then tried routerlogin.net, same thing happens.

And "the modem/gateway/ONT between the router and the outside world" is?

Did this just start happening? Or is it a new installation?

  • You can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:

Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)

They are there for a good reason.

The "environment" bit could include details of how you get on to the Internet, the modem/gateway/ONT between the router and the outside world..
