Netgear Nighthawk RAX38 Keeps Disconnecting for our 2 laptops
Netgear Nighthawk RAX38 Keeps Disconnecting for our 2 laptops but everything else works. Will connect for a few minutes then disconnects, then reconnects after a few minutes and repeats. One is a surface pro and the other is a Dell laptop. This is a new issue in the last several months. I have tried to unplug wait, plug back in and reboot the system, no help. Any ideas?
Firmware Version showing v1.0.6.106

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Something to check with these two laptop Mfrs about since they seem to be the only ones having problems.
Might check with the Mfr about disabling any MAC address randomizers on these two devices.
Might check into FW updating as well as yours seems to be behind:

Try disabling AX mode on the router.
If these are the only laptops having problems, I'd get with the Mfr of these laptops for help and information as well.
Ask the Mfr about updating the WiFi adapter chip set drivers on these laptops as well.
try turning smart connect off and seeing if its the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz having issues or both
