The DM200 has integrated routing functions built in. If you didn't disable them on the DM200, it puts you in a double nat which can cause many different issues.

Try putting the DM200 in modem only/passthrough mode. Page 69 of the manual walks you through this. but here's the post from the manual.

    1. Launch a web browser from a computer that is connected to the network.
    2. Enter http://www.routerlogin.net.
    3. Enter the modem user name and password.
    4. Select ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Device Mode.
    5. From the Device Mode menu, select Modem (Modem only).
    6. Click the Apply button.
    The modem should then reboot.

You can also try putting the R8000P in Access point mode if you prefer to leave the DM200 with its routing functions running.

But you can't do both. One needs to be in router mode.

  • What modem are you using?

    What firmware are you on?

have you tried changing dns providers? You could try google's at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4    or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1

You put that this has been going on since day 1. How long have you had the device?
