nighthawk ax12 rax200 and BT tv box problem
hi
i have a BT TV box and i have bt sport as part of package.
had no problem watching sport channels untill i fitted this ax12.
all other internet services are working on the box no problem and if i reconect the bt smarthub theres no problem with the sport.
BT are saying its a problem with the ax12,something to do with multicast traffic.
they say its sortable but they won't touch the ax12 and i've no idea how to configer it to work with bt box!!
anyone any ideas how to sort?
so set wan setting in AX12 to BT setting and now all working!!!!

Included screenshot cant rWaember if igmp proxy needs to be unticked or ticked try both but enable that bt Support igmp proxy .... log into router normally 192.168.1.1 and enter password credentials - advanced - setup - wansetup.
yes already tried that.
when i disable "disable igmp" and tick the BT box internet stops working completly!
and can't have both ticked at same time.
