I continue to get an Update Error when I try to update the router. Any suggestions on how to remedy? MODEL: AX6 AX4300 MAC IOS 15.16 HARDWARE VERSION. RAX45 FIRMWARE V1.0.11.112

Thanks for your help. Despite the prompts to update the firmware on the IoS mobile app, the firmware appears to be the latest available version. Appreciate everyone's input.

what update error do you get?

Are you using the app or going through the browser?

Have you tried manually updating?

  I am using App. I get a screen with image of product with header UPDATE ERROR. Bottom of screen choices are SKIP and TRY AGAIN.

    Try the manual update that plemans recommended.
    
    Ir is safer and more reliable than the app.
