RAX120 false offline and Amazon fire stick and tablet no internet

So I've seen a similar post saying about firmware update but I've not got one in app or online.
Firmware 1.2.1.22

App says that internet is offline even though I've got 30 devices connected working just fine... Except for my 2 fire tablets and 2 fire sticks. They can connect but say no internet. I've factory reset one tablet but that didn't solve it.

Any suggestions?

      It's connected to a Ubee ubc1322.
The Amazon devices can connect via WiFi to the modem/router combo.

The Ubee is rented from Optimum, I'd like to use my Arris tm1602 instead but I'd lose the wifi the Amazon devices can currently only connect to

You've got a double nat going on. That ubee is a modem/router combo device.

You can put the RAX in access point mode.

Or disable the router functions on the ubee by putting it in passthrough/modem only mode.

Or you can put the netgears IP address into the Ubee's DMZ
