using shields up I have total stealth on the fiurst 1000 ports, have you factory reset your router at after any updates? What did you use to check ports?

is this an app on your computer scanning within your network? In which case it seems to be opening ports to connect to scan me most odd and id would remove it. Try shields up as that scans from outside the firewall, not from within.
