RAX20 / AX1800 Firmware readySHARE bug?

Question

I have upgraded the firmware on my RAX20 to V1.0.2.82_2.0.52 and it is working EXCEPT that the readySHARE USB LED is not on on ther front of the router. I can access readySHARE as before but the LED is not lit. The LED setting is for all LEDs to be on.

Is this a BUG in the firmware or something else?

BTW: My Router RAX20/AX1800 is not in the Model list above.

I also encountered this problem, the ReadyShare function is normal, but the USB light is not on.&nbsp; When the next firmware update will be release? It is already 3 months passed. Waiting for it&nbsp;

I assume I will lose all my changes, is it OK to export my config and import it after reset?

Well, I reset the router as suggested.&nbsp; The USB LED did not come back on.&nbsp; So I restored the config and still no USB LED.&nbsp; I'm convinced this is a firmware BUG.&nbsp; How can we get this fixed?&nbsp;Bob
