RAX200 no power

Hi

my RAX 200 is out of warranty and will no longer power up. i have found the faulty component ( diode with a hole in it) however im unable to see the part number.

could some one tell me the diode smd ref for D28 on the circuit board please ?

or could i have access to the circuit diagram for this board please. id rather not throw this router away as its very expensive.

thank you

  • You'll need to contact NG support and see if they will give that to you. Usually no information about parts here or given by NG.

    Might try something generic.

    Good Luck.

hmm its a sad time when we have to throw away devices just because the company wont release circuit diagrams

If you find another router, could check it to see a meter would let you know anything. The power diode should be fairly standard across these router having the same power specs for the higher end RAX and RAXE models.
