RAX80 - Slow Upload Speeds
Hi Guys,
Bought the RAX80 about 3 weeks ago. The download speeds are fine but the upload speeds are giving me trouble. I am located in Canada, GTA area. Internet connection with Bell. Its a gigabit connection.
With the modem cable directly attached to my computer, the download speeds are around 900Mbps and upload speeds are around 80 Mbps.
When I attach the ethernet to my router however, downloads are around the same, upload speeds are around 0.15 ot 0.20 Mbps. It is horrible. It takes me 3 minutes to send one email with an attachment. I thought it was the ISP but direct connection solved that question.
I have created a ticket with Netgear and they asked me to change wifi channels. IDK how that helps. I did it anyway and no change. Same upload speeds.
My computer is attached via a cat6 ethernet cable. From modem to my RAX80 is attached via cat6 ethernet cable.
I tried to test upload speeds on multiple devices on cable and wifi. Its the same issue.
My firmware is updated to the latest .92. I had .76 before with the same issue. Thought updating router firmware would help but it didn't.
Would really appreciate some advise.

To add, I haven't made any change to default router settings and QoS is disabled.
what modem/gateway is it connected to?
are you using ipv4 or ipv6?
since you owned the rax200, have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall? There was significant firmware changes with it and its responded favorably to factory resets after firmware changes.

- RAX80 not 200. I did try factory reset yesterday. held reset for 10 seconds and configured router from the start. No change though. Just the upload speed is the issue. 0.10-0.20 mbps is ridiculous. Can't figure out why router would stop the upload speed. Direct connection to modem gives proper upload speed.
