RAXE300 6G is invisible to devices
Hi all,
just bought 2 brand new RAXE300 and both are running Router Firmware Version V1.0.8.64_3
2.4G and 5G (WPA2-PSK) are working perfectly,
However, the 6G (WPA3-PSK) SSID is on channel 37(PSC), enable broadcast, but nowhere to be seen by any of the 6e devices on both routers.
The devices 100% have wifi 6e support - both are from 2023 - Dell XPS 13+ and Samsung Galaxy S23+
I tried everything, resetting routers, 6e devices, firmware is latest...
Any ideas what might be wrong and why none of my devices can't see 6e SSID on both routers?
Thank you!

Is the 6Ghz LED ON on top of the router?
How do you have the 6Ghz radio configured?
Yes, 2.4, 5 and 6 leds are white and are on.
Here's my config:
What if you change the channel to say 69 or 85 and also change the SSID name to say RAXE300-6G?
Try setting the Security to Enhanced Open temporarily as well. Then check.
Change back to WPA3 after checking.

I have installed several RAXE300's, and they have all worked just fine on 6 GHz with the same firmware (V1.0.8.64_3) and configuration you are using: Ch 37 (PSC), separate SSID for 6 GHz, Up to 2400 Mbps, and WPA3-PSK. I have only tested with a Netgear A8000 USB WI-Fi adapter in Windows 11 and an iPhone 15 Pro, however.
I assume you have checked for the obvious reasons you would not see the 6 GHz SSID: (1) "Enable SSID Broadcast" not checked, (2) "Enable Wireless Radio" not checked, and (3) "Turn off wireless signal by schedule" is checked?
all of that checks out. The Netgear lvl 2 tech support is on it for a week already. I have no idea what's going on. They have no Idea what is going on. Im thinking to return both of them. Maybe lemons?
Also - purchased on Amazon US but they came with region set to Canada and not allows you to change the region. Also - no transmit power selector in the menu. So weird.
What region are you located?
I might try a different RAXE router from either Amazon or NG directly and see or try a different brand router with 6ghz support and compare. If different Router or branded router works, then would be something wrong with the 300 series routers.

Both on the same network?
each one in a different house.
