RAXE500 email router logs daily/hourly not working

My email in advanced - security - email  is configured properly  with "daily" and "12:00 pm" set

 

In administration  - logs,  I can send logs through email by clicking the "send logs" button. (a log entry is created)

The issue is that I never see the logs sent at the scheduled specified time (or any time)  It only works manually on demand 

 

What is needed to activate scheduling to have logs sent automatically?
