RAXE500 ethernet port 3 failure?
Hi all - help please! Ive been more than happily using my RAXE500 a while now, and have enjoyed utilising link aggregation to my NAS using ethernet ports 3 and 4.
But I noticed recently my NAS reporting one of the LANs was down. Also, port 3 on the nighthawk is now not lit.
Ive checked and cleaned all ports, rebooted, firmware updated, factory reset, confirmed internal cabling (cabling is fine), but port 3 will not respond and link aggregation whilst enabled remains, now, inactive.
What troubleshooting / resulution steps might I look at next? Im hoping ive not now permanently lost this port, and therefore also link agg.
Thanks,
Duncan

Swap LAN cables?
CAT6 is recommended.
Power OFF the router and NAS then back ON?
Disable LAG then reenabled it?
Factory reset the RAXE router and setup from scratch?
What FW version is loaded on the router?- StephenBGuru - Experienced User

Do this first.
If nothing changes, disable the LAG, and test the ethernet port by itself. Ideally use a different client (for example, a PC with the wifi turned off).
