RAXE500 LEDs not blinking using the 2.5GBE port

I have my modem connected using the 2.5GBE port and the internet LED, wifi LEDs do not blink while using this as my preferred WAN connection. Is this a bug or UI issue? They seem to blink fine on the regular 1Gbps WAN connection.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What CAT# LAN cable are you using? I recommend using CAT6A STP cable when connected to the 2.5Gb port.

I am using a Cat6 cable I never use the ones that come with modems. The modem I am using is a Netgear CM2000.

Everything is fine with the modem and the router.

Just the LEDs do not blink when using the 2.5GBE port for the WAN connection. Only ones that blink is the ones for the 1Gbps ports.

I am also running the latest firmware for the RAXE500.

Swapped over the connection to the regular LAN port and nothing blinks other than the port LEDs for ports 1 to 4. So I dont know what the problem is.

The manual says that the internet LED, wireless LEDs and port LEDs will blink but they are all static.

strykerzr350 - I have a RAXE500.  Only ports 1-5 blink.  The others are static. I believe that has always been the case regardless of my firmware version. Maybe the manual is wrong?

        Thanks,

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Have you factory reset the router, powered OFF the router by pulling the power plug from behind the router for 10 seconds then back in and then setup from scratch?
