UTP Connection Timeout
I have an end user who is using a RAX50v2. They are having calls with their SIP phone disconnect after 5 minutes or so. Spoke to our phone company and they first had us verify SIP/ALG was disabled, which it is. They then looked at some call logs and saw timeouts. They want us to increase the UTP timeout interval, but we cannot find a setting for that. Anyone know if that is possible with this router?

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What actual phone is it?
I'm not sure on the modem, I do know the ISP is OmniTel Communications.
The phone is a Yealink T46S, the phone company is Momentum Telecom.
MIght find out what their home gateway/ont is. That can be causing issues too.
Do they have ipv6 enabled?
Also, they can try setting the phone with a reserved IP address in the router and then setting that address in the netgears DMZ
