ORBI RBR750 - Android App Crashes in Parental Control Area

Starting 2 days ago, the android orbi app crashes when using the parental control module. If history is enabled for a user profile, the app crashes when choosing the history tab, and sometimes other tabs like settings. If history is disabled for a profile, then usually there is no issue.
This was working fine 2 days back, but now is broken on all my android devices, phone and tablet. On RBR 750, parental control is not available on the web ui, only the app, so cant test there.
Please help.

Is this a phone or pad?
Brand and model # of the mobile device?
What OS is loaded on the phone?
And you have Mac Address Randomizer disabled on the mobile device?

I mentioned most of this above except phone model. I am running the admin/parent ORBI app on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with android 14. Was working 100% until 2 days ago when the app started crashing. I also tried on my Galaxy Tab A9 android 14, same exact result. It happens on all android devices I own. Was 100% fine until 2 days ago. Ill submit a bug.
Same exact issue. This has been happening for over a week. I have even (and I may regret this) resubscribed to the service in case that was the issue - it's not. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted, then factory reset the router, etc. Nothing's worked. Every time I try to select the history or usage tabs on profiles is crashes or freezes the apps. It's incredibly frustrating.
Same issue. Running Orbi AX4200 with two satellites. The app is on a Samsung S23+. Anytime I go into Parental Control, it opens, freezes for a few seconds, crashes, and restarts the app. Endless cycle. I uninstalled and re-installed the app on the phone—same crashing. Of course, Netgear support has long expired, so no way to open a ticket or contact anyone. Will have to drop the services and get some HW/SW that actually works.

Has your Orbi 750 series systems been updated to newest version of FW yet?
My current FW version is 7.2.6.31. When I check for an update via the Orbi app it says the FW is up to date.
New FW may or may not be seen by the Orbi app or pushed by NG, so manual update maybe needed.
- RBR760 running latest FW v6.3.8.5
Crashes when in parental controls.
I think it is linked to user being timed out on wifi access.
