Parental Controls not working (post trial period)
Hi I want to continue using Parental Controls but after the trial period the button to activate a subscription has disappeared and it seems to be the only way to set it up. Anyone can help? According to the netgear website I have to click on the “your trial is expiring banner” but there is no such banner…

Which product is this for? Nighthawk or Orbi?
Check the My Subscriptions section of the NH or Orbi app?

Hi it’s for Nighthawk. In my subscription I just get an error message. And I found a button to « unlock Premium » but it keeps telling me that activation failed 😏 any advice?
