Parental Controls not working (post trial period)

Question

Hi I want to continue using Parental Controls but after the trial period the button to activate a subscription has disappeared and it seems to be the only way to set it up. Anyone can help? According to the netgear website I have to click on the “your trial is expiring banner” but there is no such banner…&nbsp;

Hi it’s for Nighthawk. In my subscription I just get an error message. And I found a button to « unlock Premium » but it keeps telling me that activation failed 😏 any advice?
