RAX50 unable to register device and parental controls gone

Question

Have the rax50v2 router and the parental controls set up on all zones in my house. The parental controls disappeared from my app and now I can’t adjust the time the internet turns off in the different zones and it’s still working in the background.

But I’m also getting product already registered. So that’s an issue

And when I’m trying to login to the security section of the app it’s says login with the email I’m using and try again.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.&nbsp;
