4 numbers are the only LED's that light up after 10 months, support no help
Have used this router for the last 10-12 months and it went out today. Looking at the router, only the 4 numbers are lit and no other LED's. I have tried a factory reset and nothing happens on the de...
Sadly, the warranty is only a year.
Are you able to access the router?
did you check with the isp to see if they could re-provision it?
Another thing to check is some credit cards will add a year to a warranty (not all) so its worth checking if you bought on a CC.
