I have also tried contacting support and was met with an out of warranty reply and that I could create a ticket for a small fee of 99.99 a year. Unbelievable, 3 month warranty for support? What a joke. You bet your behind I'll be buying a router from another company if I can't get it working. This is more of a vent than anything, unless someone knows of a possible fix. Thanks!
Thanks for your response. I tried the 30-30-30 and the 3 top LEDs flashed orange and then all of the lights went out except the 3 buttons at the bottom of the router. It's not discoverable either.
