5G isn't allowing any devices to connect

I recently changed my SSID on both channels ,and it went fine for my 2.4 GHz, however ever since then the 5G channel isnt allowing any devices to connect. It says incorrect password, then when I type it in again it says unable to join. The light is on on the router and every device can pick it up, just nothing can connect. This may be unrelated but the nighthawk app says I dont have up to date firmware, but when I log into the router login it gives me no option to update or check.

If anyone can help that would be great!

Thank you for the help!

You have the c7000? if so, the firmware is controlled by the isp.

Have you logged back into the router to check the ssid and password? Make sure not to use any special characters/spaces in the password.

I do have the c7000, and I have checked the password  and SSID to make sure everything was in order. As of typing this message the 5G is working. I think it may be on the ISP side because the intenet as a whole has been spotty, I was just unsure if there was anything I could do on the Netgear side of things.

      Thank you for the information!
