AC1900 - Model C7000v2 Router will give laptops internet access but not mobile devices

yesterday, we had a power outage. When power came back on, laptops reconnected to the router. The phones - an iPhone and an Android - can't connect to the internet. I disconnected ("forget") on the android. When I reconnected, after reconnnecting, it won't connect to the internet. If I wait, it says "tap here to connect" and brings me to routerlogin.com - the admin account settings page.

have you tried simply factory resetting the router and reinstalling it?

For iPhones did you turn OFF "WiFI Private Address" feature on the phone?

Thank you for the input. I ended up replacing the router as other apps stopped working.

Be aware that Apples new WiFi Privacy Address feature is causing some problems. Something you can disable while at home. If you travel, enable it then.

        Good Luck.
