AC1900 - Model C7000v2 Router will give laptops internet access but not mobile devices

Question

yesterday, we had a power outage. When power came back on, laptops reconnected to the router. The phones - an iPhone and an Android - can't connect to the internet. I disconnected ("forget") on the android. When I reconnected, after reconnnecting, it won't connect to the internet. If I wait, it says "tap here to connect" and brings me to routerlogin.com - the admin account settings page.&nbsp;

have you tried simply factory resetting the router and reinstalling it?&nbsp;

Yes, I did that and nothing improved.

Have you tried changing the wifi ssid and password to something new?

Found out that the issues went beyond my phones. Couldn't connect to certain websites, access my email with Outlook, and use certain apps - like Teams.&nbsp;Reset again through Xfinity, but no luck with that.&nbsp;Hauled out the orginal modem router, and that is working fine. (File under "Why are you keeping the old router?"&nbsp;I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thank you.

For iPhones did you turn OFF "WiFI Private Address" feature on the phone?&nbsp;
