AX6 router not supported

I just bought this router and it came with all of this information for Nighthawk. I followed the steps to set it up and connect to the internet but it says device not supported. I'm not sure what to do now. This router was expensive, it shouldn't be this difficult to set up and connect.

    Are you referring to the CAX80 gateway modem?

        What Firmware version is currently loaded?

        What ISP are you with?

        Have you got on the phone with the ISP and support tech to have them associate the modem with there services?
