C3700 Wireless Gateway Radio Crashes

Additional info as I go along:
I've tried using the router login.net via Chrome and now Firefox. Still no luck.
Its curious that in the basic wireless settings I can only attempt to tinker with the 2.4GHz b/g/n settings, I don't see anything for the 5GHz settings. Is that usual in the basic settings?

Okay, nearly 12 hours later...
Before I left for work, I turned off the router, but someone else turned it on once I came back just now. I decided to unplug from the power port and plug back in, and that seemed to work. I don't know if it would have been the same solution if I had just toggled the power button off and on. But hey.... there it is.
