C6220 5Gz suddenly stopped working
Our router has been working fine for 2 years. Then the 5Gz networks disappeared from both the home network and the guest network. Can't see the SSID from multiple devices. 2.4 works fine. We've tried power cycling the router a couple times. While troubleshooting sometimes, sporadically, we can't log into the router admin page, so we factory reset the router and get into the admin page. 5Gz still not working. It shows up on only one device now. A speed test reveals that the 5Gz network is offering <2 megabits/second download and not much better on upload. The 2.4Gz channel is scoring about 75 Mbps download. Advice?

Any progress on this?

Unfortunately, no. We concluded that the most likely explanation was a hardware failure.

Try a factory reset with the coax cable disconnected from the modem...

Same issue here. Working fine 2 years and half. Suddenly, today, both networks have stopped working. 2.4Gz and 5Gz . none of my devices: PC, Phones, NEST thermostat, Google Nest Hub are able to see the networks.
Any advice other than restart the device? I already did like three times, got the same result.

Factory reset the modem and setup from scratch?
