C6220 keep shutting down

This is the worst product I have ever purchased!! It kept shutting down!!! I have replaced a defective one and this is the Second!!! 

Does anybody have an idea whether can I get a refund or not??????

    did you make sure you have connected correct power adapter?

    If yes, Please PM with information.

      Thank you for your reply. Probably I should not use the word "shutting down". What I meant is "system crash".  It just stuck there and had no reaction when I pressed the buttons. I need to restart it almost every 2 hours. And it has been like this for almost a month. I am freaking out.

      Hi,

      And for your question, I am using the original power adapter in the box and have tried different power outlets. It didn't work.
