C6250 & WNDR4500v3 Nat Type 3 issue PS4

i have the “C6250” as the modem using Xfinity & have my router “WNDR4500v3“ connected to it. “C6250” in the living room “WNDR4500v3” in the bedroom. i tried a bunch of ways to change nat type but nothing seems to work. I get a Nat Type 3, i cant connect with my friends on BO4. everything else runs smoothly but that.
what do i need to do to change Nat Type from 3 to 2?

       "modem" (modem-only) or modem+router?

If that means that you have cascaded two routers, then that could
explain multiple problems, including this one.  To which device is the
    PS4 connected?

Why do you have the second router (WNDR4500v3)?  Generally, you want
one router, which means that either the C6250 should be in modem-only
("bridge") mode, or else the WNDR4500v3 should be in
wireless-access-point mode.  If the router functions of the C6250
satisfy your router needs, and you want to expand your wireless-network
coverage, then configure the WNDR4500v3 as a wireless access point.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Look for "Use the Router as a
    Wireless Access Point".

Think for a moment about how little useful information that conveys
to the non-psychics in your audience.

the reason is because my modem is far away from my room, my friend said to just hook up another router to get 100% in my room. i tried putting it in ap mode but my router became slower. i tried connecting an ethernet from C6250 to my PS4 & got NAT Type 3 but when i did it wirelessly it was NAT Type 2 & Open Nat in game. i dont want to use it wirelessly because of how far away it is

Not a very detailed description of what you did, or what happened
        when you did it.

           I can't explain that.
